Built for Professional Auto Glass Removal
The Glass Rebel Elite is engineered specifically for cutting automotive urethane during windshield, back glass, quarter glass, and other bonded-glass removal. Its compact design provides excellent access in tight areas while the brushless motor and cam-driven system deliver smooth, controlled cutting power.
6-Position Quick-Connect Blade System
Glass Rebel's 7/16" hex quick-connect allows fast, tool-free blade changes and gives you six indexed blade positions. Reposition the blade to match the angle of attack instead of fighting the tool or working around a fixed blade position.
Sheath-Free Blade Design
The Glass Rebel blade system eliminates the traditional external blade sheath. This improves visibility around the cut, reduces unnecessary drag, and helps minimize contact with dashboards, trim, and painted surfaces while working in confined areas.
Integrated LED Work Light
An integrated LED lights the cutting edge where shop lighting can't reach — cowl channels, interior work, and mobile jobs after dark.
Five Purpose-Built Glass Rebel Blades
The Elite includes the complete Glass Rebel blade lineup so you're equipped for everything from long windshield cuts to tight channels and precision panel work.
- 11.5" Long Blade: Extended reach for windshields, back glass, and larger cutting areas.
- 8.5" Medium Blade: Versatile everyday blade balancing reach and maneuverability.
- 6.5" Short Blade: Compact blade for tighter spaces and controlled precision work.
- 1.5" Panel Blade: Wide panel blade for specialized urethane cutting applications.
- 1" Panel Blade: Narrow panel blade for tight channels and detailed work.
Glass Rebel blades are manufactured from heat-treated stainless steel and polished to reduce friction during cutting. Each blade interfaces directly with the Glass Rebel quick-connect system.
