Return Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

South Mountain Supply covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you — returns are always free.

Refunds
