U.S. Orders: Shipped via the chosen UPS or USPS service.
International Orders: Shipped via UPS International Economy. Customers are responsible for customs, duty taxes, and brokerage fees.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
The wrong product was sent.
The product was damaged in transit.
A warranted item is factory defective.
Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

Warranty is extended to hand tools and power tools. All disposable and consumable supply items are not subject to warranty coverage. Each hand and power tool is warrantied to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

Directions to Use

1. Place the KONG™ tool at the starting point of the windshield.
2. Feed the Gorilla Cord™ or ZipLine™ through the urethane perimeter using the guide shields.
3. Attach the winding assembly and use the T-handle and ratchet to tension and cut through the urethane.
4. Cut across the dash and headliner in a single motion—no need to reposition.
5. Remove the windshield carefully once the cut is complete.
6. Refer to the included instruction manual or training video for detailed guidance and best practices
