Marcy QuickCure Rain Sensor Gel in the 4ml size — the right amount for a single rain sensor installation or occasional use. Same professional formula as the QC12: sub-4-minute cure, clean odorless application, and fully removable for warranty work. Compact enough to keep in a toolkit without worrying about gel degrading between uses.

Specifications

  • Part Number: QC4
  • Volume: 4ml
  • Format: Single-use syringe
  • Cure Time: Under 4 minutes
  • Compatibility: Works with all Marcy rain sensor pad types (MSP series)

Application

Apply a small amount of QuickCure gel to the rain sensor pad, position the sensor on the glass, and hold in place for 3–4 minutes until cured. Use the QCL leveler for hands-free positioning during the cure cycle. A typical installation uses 1–2ml, so the 4ml syringe covers one to two sensors.

Is QC4 the same formula as QC12?

Yes, QC4 and QC12 use identical gel formulas. The only difference is volume. QC4 is sized for single or occasional use; QC12 is the multi-use size for shops doing multiple installations.

How long does QuickCure gel take to cure?

QuickCure gels in under 4 minutes at room temperature. Avoid moving the sensor during the cure window — the QCL leveler can hold the sensor hands-free during this period.

Can I remove the sensor after bonding?

Yes. QuickCure is designed for clean removal — the gel peels away from the glass without leaving residue, making it safe for warranty replacements and sensor swaps.

Do I need a new nozzle for each use?

Nozzles can clog if gel cures in the tip between sessions. For best results, use a fresh nozzle (from the QCN 10-pack) for each session. Replace the cap promptly after use to extend nozzle life.

What rain sensor pads work with QuickCure gel?

QuickCure is compatible with all Marcy MSP-series rain sensor pads. Select the correct pad size for your sensor using the N. America Interchange Chart or Europe Interchange Chart.
